Hey all, I am currently talking with Reltio about a non SWE Director role. There is only one thread I could find on Reltio on Blind. I know they changed their management up, and it seems like there are some issues, but it would be a great opportunity as I would control my space and my Manger seems really good. But I am concerned with some of the stuff I have dug up. How are things there now? If joining, what can I expect in internal stock? How is the IPO progress looking? And if you were at Salesforce, paid well, great WLB, would you move to Reltio in its current state? Thanks for the help TC - 330k YoE - 13
Company is in a good place right now and poised for growth. I don't know if I would take a risk though if you are happy with good TC somewhere else unless they gave you a really really good offer.
May I DM for Reltio referral? Eng + MBA, 12 YOE, Product Management
Did u join? Hows the experience?
From what I heard, they do plan for an IPO in early next year. However, the new management under the new CEO is a cluster. They don't know the market and have effectively fired everyone, and currently optimizing the company for IPO. So, no focus on customers or innovation. The founder is given the role of CTO, and he has moved out from Bay Area. I wouldn't consider a job there.
I disagree. There are a lot of new management, but funding and focus is on driving innovation and growth. Good direction for the company after a lot of change in 2020.
The previous Informatica review is bang on. All the good ones are either fired or have moved out. Pl don't join and scaling is an issue. Not much brand value outside
