Location: San Fracisco 1. Financial Insitituion with no WFH policy in existance on handbook, still no Single word on what the F**K have they been doing on handling the declared Pandemic. HR is totally incompetent, only 1 email out of that they know - BS! 2. Pandemic NOT in their business continuity plans. employee handbook does not have a BCP section 3. Is employment rights - workplace safety protecting us in any regards during this Pandemic? 4. When we decide to just WFH with the fact the roles that can but no approval obtained, do they have legal rights to call us back to be on premise/fire us/find a way to not pay us?
