Hey folks! Just a quick question in TC calculation. So, I’ll be joining in Qualcomm as Senior Eng. My base is ~125k, rsu is 60k/3 yr, sign on 25k and retention 10k. So, would my total TC be 125k+20k rsu+35k bonus = 180k? or 125k+20k+35k/3 = ~160k? or something else considering the yearly promo? Let me know your inputs! #TC #qualcomm #hardware #semiconductor
1st year is 125+60/3+25=170k 2nd year is 128 +60/3+10k + 30/3 (new RSU) + 12.5k (new bonus)=180k ….
