Does Netflix India even hire anyone?

I saw a role (non tech) which was a great fit for me. Id exactly the experience they were looking for. Good brands on resume and I was genuinely aligned to the role (personal interests). Drafted a nice cover letter for the HM. No response. Reached out to a few other leads. No response HR: no response. I made at-least 20 outreaches to their mid/senior leadership (I’m mid senior myself, have a strong presence in the field they’re hiring, good network) but not even one response. So I reached out or my alum network. NOBODY knew anyone working at Netflix. My old teammates, current organisation. Zilch. Very surprised. I’m not feeling entitled or snobbish that I must have gotten the response. But typically I’ve seen people responsive if you share a relevant request, add an eye catching note and are actually a good fit for the role. I’ve gotten last 2 jobs from cold outreach to directors. I’m generally so confused, this was a great role for me and I was great fit for what they’ve written on the JD. Anyway. Moving on. 70l non tech 5.5 YOE
