I'm an Associate Manager, I was told the next level up gets RSUs. Couldn't tell you quantities
8% bonus and 36-40k stocks
I get 20% target, do you get less as you become more senior

Wow. 8 percent for an AD is too less . In my current position as an SEnior Consultant, I get 15
Associate director in Chicago area is 8% and $36k RSU with 3 year vesting schedule
Will it change in the Bay Area?
I guess it’s different for different people which is why HR does not provide information. I am AD and has it at 8%
AD is grade 20 at AbbVie. Bonus target 8 percent. Rsus are fixed at 36k with three year vesting schedule. This is for Chicago area. If you are in bay ask for highest base salary. I think the limit is 200k in Chicago but bay area should be higher. I think bonus and rsus will be fixed.
I just got interviewed for AD, Engineering at Dublin, CA. Expecting an offer tomorrow! Any inputs on base salary range? Bonus % ? RSUs? Sign on?
AD is only at 8%?? I am 2 levels below and at 8% as well. In MA area.

They do have. I spoke with their recruiter. But the recruiter wasn’t able to give me benchmarks
