Curious about what people think of Arrowstreet Capital in terms of prestige and resume value. Culture and WLB seem good but not sure about their reputation. I suggest take a look at WallstreetOasis. When it comes to finance companies/hedge fund/prop/ā¦ they have the Most resources. Arrowstreet is quite a well known Company in That Field š
Arrowstreet or Two Sigma. Two sigma Iāve had friend work at and have been told itās the most bottomup tech culture heās ever worked in. TC nowadays is great too. Arrowstreet is much smaller and therefore more āprestigiousā. The bar seemed much higher there from when I interviewed (failed at phone screen). Two sigmaās bar felt similar to Googleās though I failed the on-site there too.
Howās the interview process? Arrowstreet is in Boston right?

TC for Arrowstreet is higher though, may I ask your reasoning?
Did you negotiate? I've never seen citadel not beat everyone on TC.
