As any acquisition of a large company with their own subcompanies within (Actvision, Blizzard and King are still run as three independent businesses with various degree of central oversight), most likely MSFT will leave the structures intact for the first year or so, before starting to streamline central functions like Finance and HR. Only after figuring out how the separate businesses fit into their existing business model will they start any other kind of restructuring. As an aside, most ATVI employees welcome the new leadership given the sad state of the current higher echelons of management.
