Can anyone comment from Google how tough it is to get CME or better @ Google as a 6? Any insight into how prevelent PIPs are there and what those look like?
In general we don't like giving people NIs. I would say about 1-2% of people get less than CME. Higher at higher levels.. FWIW I gave someone on my team (L6) a NI this cycle. First time I've ever done that in 5+ years as a manager here. In my director's org (~70) only 2 other people got an NI. This is on the higher side.

Most case the T6s are no different than T5s except they had better projects done. If T6s aren't performing well, more likely it's the projects.
