Looking for guidance on work model

#on-site #hybrid #returntooffice #jpmc Hi All, I am looking for information regarding Mphasis Texas location with JPMC as end client. My wife got the offer from Mphasis(contract role) and they are asking to come onsite. Did Mphasis mandate onsite for all employees? Or is it just for 2-3 days a week? Could someone please help me understand how is that operated now. I am in different location and hr is not giving clear idea if she has to go to office.
