The CTO and CPO left so it's a great time to join Oportun. Will be a little rocky with the middle management as they are ambitious for titles, but at least you'll get a year of relaxing time while leadership figure things out.
Oportun will likely start you around: Base: 175-190k Bonus: 20% eligible RSU: 30k Sign on: 5k WLB is great at Oportun for PMs for most of the year. The only time you'll put in a little more hours is when roadmaps are due which are every 3 months. Career growth is very slow for PMs. There hasn't been a new Director in over 2 years. Get in and get out is what a lot of my peers are doing. Some Sr PMs have been a Senior for 6 or more years.
