Work life balance at USAA
Hi, I am interviewing for a job in the Risk organization in Plano office. Would like to know what the work culture is like. I am especially looking for work/life balance. Also, what TC should I target for a VP level? #usaa
WLB depends on what you really care about. If you care about your family, you will have a great WLB at USAA. VP 1 that I’ve worked for was barely clearing 200 in salary alone but they do get long term bonus which adds up to 120% of their salary so who knows what they really get annually
