I have an interview coming up for a non-tech role at Plaid. Does anyone have any insight on how tough their non-tech interviews are? I also really liked the initial outreach that they had. At first glance, it seems like a good culture. Does anyone have any insight on what the culture and wlb are like, and how the acquisition being called off has impacted anything? Thanks!

What kind of role? I mean I know it’s obvious to say but different groups have different objective and styles. Culture is good but def a little elitist. Acquisition being called off has improved morale for sure
Makes sense. Thank you! It’s an account management role. I’ve seen people say interviews are notoriously difficult. Would you say that’s accurate?
Just dm’d you
