Go for better overall better benefits. Also check on Azure team. It is mixed outlook for Azure from many posts on wlb and other factors.

Everything is mismanaged and no one has any ownership here. I've been told "it's not my job" when asking others to do things and conversely have been told "it's not your job" when finding bugs and trying to push fixes
