Cadence offer evaluation

I got an offer from cadence for senior AE role. Base is 107k, 10% yearly variable bonus. No RSUs have been granted. Can someone help me in evaluating whether RSUs are granted for 1YOE candidate and if this is a decent offer. Edit- location Austin
