#Cadence offer evaluation

Got an offer from Cadence tensilica hardware design, want you good folks to review if it is good. Location: Austin Base: 160k Bonus: 10% Joining Bonus: 20k RSU: 110k over 4 years (25% each year) YOE: 5 years I am losing RSUs in my previous company (policy of directly 100% vesting in 4 years with 2 years to spare), but cadence said they can't do anything about it and this is the best they could do and would not offer if I don't accept this verbal offer. Am I being lowballed? #hardware #cadence
