Can I approach the recruiter once again if I have denied the offer?
I denied the offer from Amazon for SDE-1 over a phone call with recruiter. But after discussing with my parents, they are disappointed in me, and would like me to accept the offer. I haven't emailed the recruiter or anything, and I still have the offer letter in my email. Can I still accept the offer by calling her or accepting the offer in my email?
Haha, first thing to consider is why you rejected the offer in the first place. If those reasons are correct and have not changed, then you should stand by your decision.
Nobody's gonna blacklist anyone. People understand that things may have changed. So unless you went full "Why the fuck would I want to work at your place, keep your horrible wlb and bananas to yourself" you'll be fine.
If they haven’t filled the req then the recruiter will be happy if you do that. There’s nothing to lose in this situation
I would be prepared to answer what’s changed. And I certainly wouldn’t say it’s because of your parents.

Just say you reevaluated the situation and decided Amazon is actually a better option than you had realized so you would like to make it work.

It’s a tough one. The recruiter likely to feel that you had another offer that fell through and that Amazon is your “safety school”. You have a better story than “my parents are disappointed in me.” And why the hell you listening to your parents? You got a job, you lead your reasons for turning them down in the first place. You are going to take a job you don’t want and will likely be miserable at, cause your parents are disappointed l? Fuck them. Do what you want.
Stop telling your parents specific things about your life and just give them vague news. It's your life, not theirs.
Why do you think your parents can make better decision for you? Do they know anything about tech? Are you sure they don’t just want to brag about you being in Amazon to their neighbors and relatives? What were your reasons for rejecting the offer in the first place?
I had cereal and milk for breakfast this morning. But after discussing with my parents, they are disappointed in me and would rather I had eggs and fresh fruit.
Make sure you vomit up your cereal and force feed yourself eggs and fruit or else your parents will not be the most prestigious family in the neighborhood anymore.
