Can I do 19 hours a week work in STEM OPT extension?

I work for my university as a part time TA in addition to my job. I was wondering if I could still continue it as I would be moving to STEM OPT extension. PS: It pays me good enough money to afford rent and its sad to let this go because of visa reasons. Any hacks here?
