Can I expect some salary increment if I got Needs Improvement rating? My manager hasn't disclosed my PCS doc

Hi I wanted to know that this year there have been significant increment in the salaries I missed out on timely delivery results and had a tough time personally during forte review only And my review got affected But can I expect slight bump atleast in the TC even with a needs improvement rating Location: Blr TC: Base 14L RSU: 2 Bonus: 3.5+2.5 YOE: 1.10 years
