Can I fire him?

Two years ago, an interviewer said wrong to my correct answer during the interview and lied to the hiring committee when submitting the feedback. My recruiter said he could do nothing. This time, I lucked out by not encountering him during the interview and will join Google in two weeks. Just yesterday, I found out he might be reporting to me. Can I fire him on Day 1 @Google? I should get the justice done, shouldn’t I?

I wouldn’t. If you handle the situation well, he could turn into your most loyal employee.

Don't have to be small and fire him on this. I would try to work with him for awhile and see if he is positive. I hate interview and I also wanna join google . I am willing to get down levels to hell to join google. How can I pass the google interview .

Put him on pip

Yahoo GrIt88 Nov 17, 2018

This. Give him hope that he will pass pip, but has to work hard. If he doesn't leave, wait a quarter and give another pip. See how long you can keep it going.
