Can I pass Google HC with low GPA??
I gave google interviews recently, almost done with team matching as well. Already matched with one team and waiting for feedback from other two. Now HR sent me list of documents needed for building packet for HC. Has asked for transcript and degree as well. My track record in college is very bad. Had failed some courses as well. GPA: Bachelors - ~2.2-2.5 Masters - ~3.0 Should I also prepare a reason and send along with the documents, as to why my GPA was low. Is it possible to get HC clearance with this low GPA. YOE : 2+ TC : ~33L #google
How the ... did you get placed! That in itself is a big thing! But jokes aside, Once you are in the industry those things stop mattering.
I guess I am a "leet_goat" :p I don't mention it on CV, was asked to provide transcript. Hopefully it doesn't break the deal.

I don't think Google really cares about your grades. There was a person in my college who had several arrears still managed to get a Google internship.
what does "arrears" mean btw?
