I was a college grad when I first joined Bloomberg, and I left on Bad terms. It's been almost 10 years. And for the past 3 years, I've been wanting to go back. Do I have a shot? #bloomberg
As there is no TC, I don’t understand the question.
where is the question, i don't see it?
why? so many other companies to work at
it was my dream company since i was in college. I left on bad terms due to immaturity.
I mean, you can try? I don't think we really black list candidates though I might be completely off. It used to be that you couldn't return even if you left on good terms, now things have definitely changed in that regard. I'm just thinking 10 years might be long enough for bad blood to be forgotten though of course it matters how bad and with whom it was...
Whats changed? And how long have you been at bbg?
I’m curious to know how bad lol
I was a young kid, so there wasn't any business harm done. Just immature.
How the hell would anyone be remotely able to answer this if you don't give any details of what the bad terms were?
You are not from bloomberg, why bother with this thread
If you got the a no-rehire box checked on your way out, I doubt you're going to get a second chance. Today's HR isn't going to second guess that prior decision. Otherwise who knows if there are even any notes left of your previous exit. And to what detail if so. Only way your going to find out is by applying. HR should cover eligibility up front. It would be a screw up to send for interviews, then later decide ineligible.
ya im just going to apply and see what happens.
Oh, autocorrected. "No-rehire box checked" of course
We can’t fully help you unless you give your TC and years of experience.
