Can L1 visa holder start consulting business?
I'm L1 visa holder, and a few startups asked me for consulting services. They offered me way higher hourly rate than it's my current. It's an offer that I really want to accept. What are my options? Any ideas what should I do? YOE: 5 Position: PM Microsoft = 🥜 #L1

You could do it through a company in your home country (grey area but they can’t really check). But a US company definitely not. L1 stipulates you work for one American enterprise, and that is your employer.
