Can finasteride cause permanent side effects?

Side effects are different depending on if you eat it or apply it topically. After eating it for some time I grew a boob. I stopped and it went away but I liked it to I kept eating it.

It’s not just anecdotal though, it’s unlikely but still way more likely than other pills for other stuff. I don’t think they are horror stories, they just got unlucky
Short answer: it’s fine. Don’t believe what you see on the internet. If you see problems in sex drive or similar it’s due to something else like bad diet, aging and lifestyle.
