One can never be truly happy. The human mind is insatiable. There is no purpose to this life. It’s a struggle, no matter who you are or how much you earn or how much you achieve. Just play the game and leave this earth when it’s your time. #mentalhealth

Have you tried just truly enjoying life tho? Like let the taste of good coffee or a good workout or a good nap just genuinely make you happy. I know it's not as easy as I'm making it out to be but I do think it is very possible to be genuinely happy in life
It depends on what “Happiness” really means to you.
The issue lies in choosing work before happiness, i.e “I can’t be happy until I’m level XX or earn $YY”. Happiness is a choice! Choose that shit first then everything will fall in line. Easier said than done though lol
