There’s no good and evil. It’s relative to each person’s point of view. So it’s best to be unbiased.

He didn’t say anything sexist. Read his memo. All he said was that women are less likely to enjoy the subject, in the same way men are less likely to enjoy teaching or nursing. This doesn’t mean that there aren’t exceptions to the rule, or that womyn who do study CS aren’t any good.
He has no basis to make that claim. That’s why it came across as sexist.

I’m late to this thread by at least 6 months, I gave it a through read, you can shout and pretend it’s not correct - but the fact remains the same - there are much less women in IT because most prefer other majors. You can crack your head against the concrete floor and scream it is not so - but the fact remains the same! For example, there is much less men in Palo Alto University with ratio of 1 men to 3 women - the school is known for psychology program. Judging a dude on how he looks - is also fucked up. Show us how you look and we will find your shortcomings too..
