Can this get my apple offer rescinded ?
i interviewed with 2 teams in parallel at Apple and lied to the recruiter that i am not speaking with anyone else at Apple. I got the first offer from Apple and i cancelled my second onsite interview as soon as i got the first offer. The second recruiter however somehow found out that I accepted an offer at Apple and he is asking me about my team. What do i do ? Has anyone been in similar situation ?
You’ll likely be blacklisted at Apple and then much of big-tech going forward. There’s a spreadsheet that recruiters use to track candidates who are “no touch”
Can confirm. Added my manager to the spreadsheet and he’s unable to leave the company now.

Yeah this is the funniest part to me. They’re use to people interviewing at multiple teams and it’s allowed. Why even lie?
why the need to lie? it makes you untrustworthy and exposes a flaw in character. internal personnel @ apple will know and they might not see you in the same light as they did if they were to find out and they will find.
If you have the offer, why do you need to talk to the second recruiter? Ghost ‘em.
