Can we encash ($$) our remaining time-offs when we leave the company?
I’m leaving my company in a couple of months and have about 18 days time-off remaining. I don’t know if we can encash the remaining time-offs or do we lose them if we don’t end up using them? Any ideas? Tc: 145k Moving to UNITY

Check inside. MathWorks policy for US folks is they payout unused vacation earned, unless that has changed recently. Just find our PTO benefits page

Depends on your location and state laws. In most cases yes, you earned it and cash out any unused
