Can you work as a freelancer at upwork while having a full time job?

Titles says: many are saying read your work contract but most work contract are copy and paste of each other and you can’t find much useful information there. I mean nothing stops you from writing an article in medium or having a YouTube channel so don’t know why should there anything be wrong with upwork? TC: 190k
