SMTS offer for Canada. Recruiter did not mention sign on bonus. All numbers are in Canadian. Current tc at FAANG is 200k CAD with 70cad stock vesting a year. I am looking to ask for 200k base 80k cad stock per year 100k sign on Is the above within band? Update final offer 180k base/30k sign on/75k stocks a year Total tc-282k plus 30k sign on
What you are asking for is close to an US offer. Don't think you are getting it.

Congrats. For sign-on, you may ask for 70K that you are getting on stocks this year, while you need to pass the cliff if you move. I am not sure if the stock is that negotiable. I am not sure since when eBay is Faang, but maybe reconsider staying there if money is your deciding factor
