NOT on par. Those packages look good for sure, but they are in CAD, not USD.

2 take homes. 3 Onsites. Bar is really really high. I solved everything with time left and recruiter told me I still didn't meet score card. Only got offer because interviewers vouched on packet sent to hiring committee

Salary and bonus in cad. Stock in usd. Total comp comes to around 230-240 cad for each
Coinbase is likely much much worse if you compare TC/per hours worked. Also heard they have quarterly perf assessments

Did you negotiate for 157K at Coinbase?
Incl the monthly stipends. Added it to salary bcus it’s added to pay stubs
