Can't break into HFT or Fintech industry
I'm currently an intern working for a decently big blockchain company that deals with digital asset custody. However, I can't seem to break into the HFT or fintech industry such as Citadel, Jane Street, HRT, or Bloomberg even though I've completed around 4 internships. I would really appreciate it if anyone could provide any direction to get into these or even a referral for such names would be a blessing! Not really. I’m in a co-op program so my degree requires me to complete 6 internships. I alternate between internship and study semesters
JS hires tons of Waterloo people. Maybe ask around to understand what's different between your resumes and theirs.
