Can't take vacation, used it all for interviewing
I'm so fucking pissed off. For 3yrs I did not take a single vacation and basically carried 6 weeks of vacation to this year. Spent 3 weeks of vacation interviewing (had almost 15 onsites) and no fucking offers (that are good). So now I have to settle for the next best job and repeat the cycle of storing vacations to interview. I fucking hate this. I really need a break.

3 weeks vacation pay out $$$ to cover my relocation cause my next job is a cheap piece of shit that won't even pay relocation. And I've run out of onsite interviews too.

Too scared job offer will get rescinded or some black swan event so I'm starting ASAP. The new job even though it sucks, is a big move in the right direction career wise.
If it's a big step in the right direction for your career, then it's a good job for you at this juncture Quit being a little b*tch and just kill it at your next job so you can get an even better one next time Also you shouldn't even bother interviewing with a company if you're so scared that your offer will get rescinded and you claim the job sucks

Well hopefully you learnt, and will not put all your eggs in one basket next time. Maybe taking an actual vacation, recharging and being fresh may also help you do better in interviews.
