Are the scales updated every year? Also how much is the max total comp at senior director and vp level? I know for director it gets somewhere around 495, I would expect max for senior director to be 675 and vp 850 Does that make sense?
I know I'm like a younger employee sitting at PA but those numbers seem unreal. 500-800k? I have never been at the end of my career of course, just seems like a crazy number. I was told that every promo is like 20% higher than the last band-ish. So like: 1: 110-130 (A) 2: 120-150 (SA) 3: 140-180 (PA) 4: 190-250? (Lead/Mgr1) 5: 230-300?? (Sr Mgr/Mgr2) --- mystery salary explosion --- 6: Per post above 350-500?? (director) 7: Per post above 500-675?? (Sr director) 8: PPA 600-800 (VP)
You could see in Levels.FYI that at director level rsu gets to more than 100k a year and bonus up to 70. Sum that with the salaries advertised in the job posts. I think what makes a difference is that from director there is an RSU component
ah cool. yeah new to blind, I was prompted for TC once but I haven't looked into getting back to the screen. still blows my mind directors can push 500. what is common for sr manager in SWE?
Yes base pay range is updated every year. Job family matters-pay range/bonus/LTI vary by job family
I don’t think bands have been updated in a couple years.
Vp is now around 700-800k max ... during tech height VP 1M+ was pretty common. Then Cap1 had realized they are a bank and not a faang.
They have quite a few amazonians
