No, not good. A friend works here and it’s totally affected her mental health and all areas of her life. There is no work-life balance and you are expected to work weekends and after hours. My friend’s manager quit 2 weeks ago and my friend is actively looking for a new job after spending only 4-5 months on this job. Capgemini, USA.
We initially thought the problem was with her manager but after her manager left, he opened up about the shitty top management. They just constantly throw people at different internal and external projects for profits until you are drained out and forced to quit.
They should rename them to CRAPgemini! Well you got the answer
