Capgemini Offer Evaluation - Product Manager Consultant

Hey Blind Friends! Received an offer at Capgemini - Product Manager C1 (USA). Direct client to hire position. Offer details Base: 155k Sign on bonus (after 1 year): 15k Question for you guys: 1) how does the offer stack, this is my first role in the consulting space and not sure how this ranks 2) what’s the hierarchy here, how does C1, stack?
