Today morning, HR shared news with my husband about clearing client interview and added HR is getting internal approvals now. What does it mean? How long does it take to receive offer letter ? Be patient. Some companies have bureaucratic process for approvals, especially consulting companies. Good luck!
If client round is completed, within a day or two they will release offer, after all these companies are body shopping and want to make money as soon as possible.
110k for a senior software developer does not seem much. Is this a new reality now?

Base on your description, it doesn’t means your husband is selected. He is in bucket for that requirement and they will see who is costing cheap and they select the person. Sometimes times they take months to reply back. Better to be ready with other options.

Probably a week or 2 at max depending on the level. I got my offer in about 8-9 days after my last interview. The signature deadline is gonna be quite fast though so beware of that.
