I got an offer from Capgemini which is alot better than CTS in terms of compensation. I want to know WLB comparison in both. 10 YOE
WLB depends on the project you are working on. I suggest not to join cognizant. Attrition is high in cognizant currently
Avoid capgemini- high compensation at start is always a trap as you will not get good yearly increment. No WLB, low moral, treating as just a number is very common.
As others mentioned, WLB varies per project. I would suggest to set the expectations upfront wherever you join. BTW what TC and Designation has CG offered for 10 YOE? Edit: Just noticed you joined Capgemini already - Congrats and best wishes!
Both are equally bad based on my information.. I work in CG.. my hike was 3% after getting highest rating. It happened back to back 2 years.. but after I put paper they said they will pay whatever I want and will give me architect role
