So I got a recruiter reach out to me about ADP as a Data Analyst Associate and I've heard salaries are about 90kish with maybe a sign on bonus? Sounds insane to me. So say I choose the Richmond area is the salary the same for ADP and TDP? I found they also have a Cyber Security Development program and that is what I'm graduating a degree on soon this winter. I had applied for the Data Analyst but I'll apply to the Cyber Security as well since that is way more in line with my degree but at this point in my life 90k is 90k. I've heard C1 isn't the best for SWE but not sure about DAs or Cyber engineers. So main questions are what is the salary for either position and has anyone been through either path even in a different role and how it went? I've seen people talk about TDP here but not sure if anyone has gone down the Data Analyst ADP or Cyber Security TDP path with C1 before. If the salary is near 6 figures it'd be life changing for me even if I have to relocate. I already have 5 years in IT so I'm hoping that gives me a nudge above other soon to be grads.
