I am gonna have a case interview with Capital One soon. I would like to know the structure and how to ace this interviews. Any tips would be great if you can share. This is for senior Business Systems Analyst position. TC: 107k
Post TC and then I will tell you about my cap1 case interview experience
Can you please tell me?
Yep I'll keep my word. I had a PM case interview with them, they gave a slight hint as to the general context (it was one of their product offerings) so I studied the market and competitors, layout, etc. Interviewer was friendly, questions were medium difficulty, they were impressed by depth of knowledge of competitors to that product offering. Ended up dropping because of lack of location fit, but overall good experience and not crazy difficult
There are few YouTube videos covering Cap1 case interviews, specifically for anaysts.
Taking a look at it. Thank you
My preparation included YouTube videos, few articles on interview websites.
I was going for software position so mine will not be like yours, but maybe this is helpful anyway. Started out with questions gauging my cloud knowledge at a high level, next was some low-key data analysis stuff just by hand, and last was reviewing a piece of code to judge it for errors. Like I said yours will be different, but hopefully that gives you something useful.
Almost no way to prepare, but I can tell you it’s basically an algebraic word problem and the answer is almost always “it depends”. Give good reasons why your answer is correct and say why it could be wrong/inaccurate.
Thank you.
Boy , u need to jack up ur TC !!
