Sup, got reached out to for a c1 Principal Associate PM position in Chicago. Had a call with the recruiter and it sounded decent comp wise: Base 125-135K Bonus- about 8-15% of base The next steps would be a product design case zoom. Anyone have any insight on this, is it just a normal product design case study? or just c1 in general. I know tech at bank is normally career suicide, but not sure if c1 is apart of that or not. Is PM at C1 good? It’s on one of the card acquisiton teams. as always: YOE:3 TC 105K

Good for Chicago. I'd suggest you go for a tech company tho or negotiate hard to $150k base

Tech at a bank isn’t career suicide... you can always move over to fintech which is super hot right now, and then the sky is the limit with a referral. Comp sounds really great by cap1 standards. And card is the best department.
