Capital one tech interview
I have Capital One technical round that talks about case study. Does anyone know what kind of topics to expect in case studies? Thank you. TC: 220k YOE: 8 Edit: it's for Sr Lead data engineer role
Did their pay go up? Wasn’t aware you could get $200k+ for sr eng there. I’m assuming you’re expecting a pay bump from current tc if you’re interviewing there
I dont see such numbers with existing employees for sure. You gotta be manager +

The comp for this def doesn’t add up, you might want to double check with the recruiting lead to make sure it actually does pay that range. Normally you’d need to be manager+ as mentioned before.
