Thinking about going with Metromile. Any recommendations for LA?
Got home and auto with Nationwide cause they’re giving me the best price out of every other insurance I checked out. Over $1000 a year cheaper
Geico.com save 15% or more
You do have to invest 15 minutes though
I hear they really go the extra mile
I found Amica had the lowest rates and best coverage for what I needed
AAA
I don't trust metromile collecting all of your OBD data. Seems they're just looking for an excuse to not pay out.
The best car insurance would be the one with fewest complaints about claims handling. Don't worry as much about price. Low prices mean more likely to be screwed over when you actually need that insurance.
Good point.
LA and metromile? Do you not cover a lot of miles just getting around the city? In Seattle, Geico works well for me.
I’ve been using Uber to go out and bike to work. Estimated I’d drive between 250 and 500 mi a month depending on long trips.
Why do you need a car then? Just zipcar/reachnow/car2go/rental
