Hi, I recently graduated from college on May'22. I joined as an intern in April for 6 months at a well established startup with an opportunity to convert into full-time at the end of it. Even though most of my peeps are starting as a full time after graduation, I'm not yet anxious as I am well committed to complete with my internship till October. I even declined my campus offer in order to complete my internship. Now the issue is, there's a chance that my internship might get extended for another 3-6 months after my completion of 6 months as it happened with the existing interns at the company. I already rejected one company and was determined that I'll end up getting a full time here, but now I'm not sure. Should I ask my manager well before the end of my Internship about my future at the company so that it gives me time to consider other options or should I just wait if they extend my internship and then look for other options. I don't wanna start looking that intensively now, as it might hamper my performance at work.
