Career Advice: 25 yo in VC looking at switching to Tech

This is my first time posting on blind as I am at a bit of a career crossroads. I am a 25 year old woman, currently managing a corporate venture capital fund and working in corporate strategy at a Fortune 250. (Fintech, Insurtech, Healthtech and AI/ML). I handle an incredibly large quantity of work but only have about 4 years’ experience. I went to a tier 2 undergrad and am currently in my MBA part-time at a top 30 program (but not in the top 20). I am looking to get into tech (I think) as a product manager or in vc/strategy. (Really open to a lot). I love strategy. · I currently make about 120-130 TC. I will probably become a director in 2022 and will make 150 TC. · I have an internship opportunity with Red Hat for this upcoming summer that would involve me leaving my current job and then going to school full time starting in May. · I am also looking for other internships or ideally, a full-time role that would allow me to continue to work throughout school. I would really love advice on if I should stay where I am, or any connections/networking opportunities at tech companies or similar companies. Thank you so much!

If you want to get into Product Management work, I think you have a very convincing background. You should do it, your future TC will thank you. Blind is very generous with answering any specifics of how to break into PM/giving referrals. Good luck 👍
