YoE: 1 before Masters and 4 after Masters. Currently L4 at Google. Next level promo seems far. TC: $100k in India What could be good career Move from here? Awaiting FB candidate review result. Amazon L6 onsite scheduled. Microsoft Sr. SDE onsite scheduled.

Senior sde L63 doesnot goes at par with L6 or E5.

Bit un realistic for your workex. Only fact that you are currently in google will help you to land 63
Is transfer to US an option? Forget career move if you have an option to maximize pay. How long have you been l4? Btw coming to US can be a good career move too as you get better projects.
