Career Advice: tech finance to finance tech

I’m currently working on finance operations/controlling/accounting for product marketing teams at SAP. I’m interested in transitioning more towards fintech/banking either as analyst/consultant or product (non-tech) which will enable me to work on banking product offerings, hopefully on the east coast. Is this a realistic transition and what kind of TC can I expect? Also more granular career path suggestions welcome. current tc: $100k, 1.5 yoe of course, move right now is unrealistic, so taking this time to reflect
