What does career growth look like at Citi and how often are promotions given/how do those work?

Not often. If you're lucky to be either in a group where roles will be open specifically to place you into it, or if you're in a situation where someone left and an opening has occurred, or open to relocating to a low cost area, then maybe you will get promoted. Otherwise it's very difficult. It took me about a long time to get promoted into my new role but I'm also in HR.
