Career Pivot: Consultant to Full Stack Dev

Hey Everyone, I currently have 10 YoE and they all have been focused around executing implementations, or creating and driving strategy as a consultant. After this latest round of tech layoffs (of which I was affected) I realized that I ideally prefer to build things and have hands-on experience with applications or websites. I want to be able to build or contribute to the development and creation of new features for products that everyday people I love and care about use. I want to be able to show my grandmother, my mother, or children (when I have them) that *THIS* is what I do and work on. My current strategy will involve snagging another business role in the interim while doing a Full Stack boot camp at Georgia Tech, learning Python in my spare time, refreshing my SQL skills, and getting started on Leetcode. I would like honest thoughts, suggestions, warnings, and general wisdom from those who have done this or are already developers, concerning how to best navigate this journey as well as my proposed strategy. Thanks in advance!
