Career advice for role change
I am currently working as an L7 IC @ Amazon ProServe and looking for move into engineering. I have managed large engagements in areas such as AI/ML, SAP, Modernization and Platform development. What is the best way to transition to an SDM or TPM within an engineering team. Any advice appreciated. Current TC around 400k. I am looking for L7 or equivalent within FAANG .#pm #product #productmanager

lol, explain what you do without using the word ‘transformation’ since that doesn’t mean anything.
With transformation, he means migrate customer's workload from on-prem/other cloud to aws.
This is what proserve does to you. Lots of talented people having very small span of work or doing glorified roles .
True. I am lucky to do complete redesign and implementation of a product for cloud, else it’s all workload migration.
