How did your career trajectory change after leaving Microsoft?, did it change for good or did it get worse? Pay gets better, wlb gets worse. Quality of work might change depending on the team you were at and the company you go to.
Just started with Amazon, pay is great! Work wise okay. And process and tools are far better at Amazon. But wlb and oncall are little hectic
Left to Adobe. Got a raise and signing bonus. I like the culture and WLB better. Rewards keep coming. Stock has boomed since I joined.
It would be hard to get worse at pay.
